1. Submerge your bodi shapewear into the soapy water and gently swish through all the shaper on both sides. Hand wash in cool or cold water using mild detergent. To minimize stains, wash as soon as possible. Then grab a small sponge and gently rub on the shaper and wash away any dead body skin and dirt

2. Line or air dry. Do not dry clean.

3. Do not use bleach, stain removers or fabric softener – these may harm the stretch and moisture handling properties of this fabric.
